Hourly Hall Rental: $125 an hour 4 hr minimum) 2 complimentary hours before event to set up
Cleaning fee: $200(mandatory)
Full Day Rental: (9am-11:00pm) $1,750.00
DJ/Speakers/Lights/Mic: Small Party $500+ 4hrs Wedding $1,000+ 5hrs comes with 1 rehearsal Any additional time added the day of the event is $100 per 30min
Entertainment Lights: $250 comes with computer to program lights
Speakers/Microphone: $150 (Complimentary Bluetooth Speaker if requested during booking)
Photographer/Videographer: $500+(3hrs)
Security Officer: $250+ (4 hr; 2 Guards)
Bartender / Server: $100.00 (4 hrs)
Commercial Gas Stove: $60 for the entire event
Table/Chair Set-Up: $40 ($100 for tablecloths and set up)
Decorator: $500+
Entertainment Pole: $150
360 Photo Booth: $200 an hour
